Your Moderator is a US Navy Vietnam veteran, retired IT director, software developer, customer support guy, and internet researcher. Since 1992 I became a huge fan of the Declaration of Independence, US Constitution, and history of what many Americans of every race suffered to bring us today's American blessings. During that growth, God began blessing me with the Reality of His living Word. Hence I am also an Evangelical Christian with four Bibles full of notes.

I apologize this is rough, based only on my own fallible understanding, and published while I learn CloutHub and it becomes functional. Whatever may seem wrong here please bring to my attention. I will at least try to get links working for your confidence.

UNITED STATES of AMERICA
-
The American governmental system is a federation of nearly sovereign semi-independent states. Foundational to this is America's first and still ruling law. Our reigning first American law over all others is (in modern English) that "All mankind were created politically Equal". This institutes or reigns over all American legal authority including Our Constitution (notice in Article V that the date of the Constitution's effect is according to the reign of our Independence from would-be Elites).
-
America's Ruling law is essential to Government by and for All the People, which President Lincoln hoped to preserve by the awful sacrifices at Gettysburg and near then. This Political Equality principle enables the People themselves to properly judge inequalities caused by disobedient official servants, such as the Southern slave-owning would be Elites were.
-
For example, any American can notice when a fellow minority American is treated unequally by law enforcement, and then use the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to bring in agencies like the FBI or federal prosecutors to investigate or punish apparent criminal misconduct by any federal, state, or local official.
-
Because each State is sovereign in many ways, through state elections Americans therein can better achieve Government by Consent for their own freedom. The federal officials manage shared international borders, US legislatures, courts, agencies, and military services for our national security, health, and Pursuit of Happiness.
-
Have we succeeded? By most measures yes, but far from perfectly. Like life itself, equal treatment in America is evolving. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was dearly sought by Our older brothers John F Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. That law became fully implemented near 1980 forty years ago.
-
Since then virtually every American adult I have personally seen enjoys rights and privileges apparently equal with my own, though life and success are highly individual. Nor have I seen any American suffer from unequal treatment. To myself at least, other adults now seem fully my brother and sister Americans.
-
But for Abortion. The obvious way Americans still allow unequal terrible oppression of others every day, is the way We allow the Lives of Our Children to be taken painfully, primarily at the discretion of Abortionists for profit, without even independent monitoring of the mother's health.
-
The necessity of any one American abortion treatment should be the decision of responsible adults, and medical professionals paid Only for knowledge and care without harm. Otherwise We are traitors to the first reigning purpose of all American legal authority, with an awful trend nearing Genocide of young Black Children. Even worse, this offends our Creator's eternal mission for us given in the Garden of Eden, that in God's image mankind should physically care for the all the creatures around us. What would Jesus do for any living Mother and Child in trouble?
-
Except about Children, I believe that by God's design We are gradually evolving closer to Rev. Martin Luther King Jr's dream that "my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character".
-
Proof lies in the recent elections of Barack Obama as President, in the elections of Cory Booker and Tim Scott as Senators, now in the election of Vice President Kamala Harris, and in countless other American political successes such as Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, or Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. This does not mean we may neglect what becomes of any American. Every American life should be of Our sister or brother. Because All American Lives do Matter.
